PREVENTION:
- avoid drinking coffee
why? because it might be worsening your acne.
- drink alot of water everyday
why? It Moisturizes your skin, keeps it fresh, soft, glowing and smooth.
- add essential oil to your bath ( optional )
- limit hot water contact
why? It makes your skin dry and you might get burns
- don't shower with hot water
- only use gentle cleaners
TREATMENTS:
- dab oil on your bath. It makes your skin soft and moisturize
after you rinse it off.
- try natural exfoliants
- honey
- put on lotion after you take a bath
you really don't need to go to a dermatologist to get your skin done. you can do it yourself
at home by using natural essentials that can be found in your fridge. but the main point of
having a clear and beautiful skin is to eat healthy cause the healthier the food you eat,
