MANGER SAIN

FOODS FOR WEIGHT LOSS


I really hate seeing people who are anorexic, who always starve,
people who are eating all their problems. so I'm thinking of something
to help them. A meal that can help you burn fats, a healthy meal that
doesn't need too much effort to make them. A meal with simple ingredients 
that you can see in your fridge. so let's get started! 


meal 1:
you should eat:
-dark, leafy leafs
-nuts
- carrots
- green tea
- whole grains
- fruits and veggies

* whole grains are rich in fiber, nuts are good sources of protein,
fruits have antioxidants that can make your skin clear and healthy,
and carrots are good for your eye sight

meal 2:
foods that you should eat 3 times a week:
- yogurt
- cauliflower
- brocolli
- sweet potato
- tofu
- fish

* tofu has low calories and has more protein than ground beef, brocolli & cauliflower
have cancer fighting properties, yogurt is very yummy and has calcium

meal 3:
foods to eat once a week:
- red meat
- desserts

* reduce eating something oily before you sleep because it adds belly fats and
if you want your belly fats to burn fast eat blueberries. 


You don't need to crash diet in order to loose fats fast you just need motivation 
and discipline in your diet and you'll get the body you've ever dreamt.
